Attorney


Yung Truong is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Florida. She graduated cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2019 with a certificate in Tax Law. Yung began her career in Miami, Florida with a focus in civil litigation and appellate practice.


In 2021, upon relocation to Illinois, Yung joined forces with Grant Park Legal Advisors LLC to build a multistate practice. She is dedicated to serving clients across disciplines: estate planning, probate, and business law.

Sanjuan v. Guardianship of Mena, No. 4D21-2857 (Fla. 4th DCA Sep. 7, 2022)

Obtained reversal of the trial court's revocation of healthcare surrogate without grounds.


Wilmington Tr. v. Serpa, No. 3D21-1835 (Fla. 3d DCA May 18, 2022)

Obtained partial affirmance of the trial court's involuntary dismissal of foreclosure for mortgagor's failure to pay documentary stamp tax.


Saad Remodeling & Custom Home Builders, Inc. v. Guzman, 339 So. 3d 343 (Fla. 3d DCA 2022)

Obtained per curiam affirmance on issue of substitution of counsel and summary judgment in favor of our client.


Allied Prop. Grp. v. Micor LLC, 338 So. 3d 1024 (Fla. 3d DCA 2022)

Successfully defended against opposing party's petition for certiorari relief from discovery order compelling production of telephone records.


Suarez v. Suarez, 317 So. 3d 230 (Fla. 3d DCA 2021)

Obtained reversal, quashing the family court's order holding former husband in contempt for failing to make alimony payment to former wife. The district court further vacated the trial court's finding based on parol evidence because the marital settlement agreement was unambiguous on its face.
